He constituted Flood Relief Executive Committee for fund raising & to Liaison ongoing activities between the stakeholders & PKI team. Prof. Saeed Akhter gave a presentation about his recent visit of Rajanpur, South Punjab which is one of the worst hit district from recent floods. He described that flood has affected a large number of people and completely devastated agricultural land and drowned livestock. People including, pregnant women & children are walking in waist high water from 8 to 10 miles towards roads for some hope in their eyes to get food to eat and water to drink.
